Ed Henshaw is the president of Venture Management and Marketing.  With over 25 years’ experience leading businesses in the visual communication and marketing industries, Ed brings a 360 degree approach to marketing strategies. Each client deserves a custom approach that is suited to their particular situation.  What may be a great strategy for one business, may not be appropriate at all for another.  This individual approach to client success is one of the traits that separates Venture Management from other marketing and management practices.

Prior to starting Venture Management and Marketing, Ed served as Director of Marketing and National Business Development for MyTurn.com, a publicly-traded company which reached a $900M market cap on the NASDAQ.  He has also served as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice-President and Marketing Director for multiple entities.

Ed is a consummate entrepreneur and has started, bought and sold multiple businesses.  He also enjoys giving back to the community and served as President of the Board of Directors for St. Andrew’s Lighthouse, a local hospital, hospitality house, for six years.  He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Florida and earned his MBA from Jacksonville University. He has focused much of his ongoing professional studies and pursuits over the years on consumer psychology and behavioral economics. When he is not helping clients grow and streamline their businesses, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Stephanie, their family and their two golden retrievers.
